Monolithic Slab foundation

Meta Steel buildings in Manitoba construct concrete structures such as slabs, footings, grade beams, foundations, columns, and piers using monolithic slabs. It involves simultaneous pouring of the structural concrete materials. Besides the concrete cast in the ground, this monolithic slab can also be applied to suspended slabs.

Due to the higher elevation of the suspended concrete slab, shoring materials need to be used to support it with concrete columns and beams.
