Order Placement and Cancellation
Deposit and Payment Terms
- A deposit is required upon placing an order to cover the cost of engineered drawings and initial project expenses.
- This deposit is non-refundable, as it secures the necessary resources to begin the customization process. However, in cases of significant personal or family emergencies, we may review requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly if you experience extenuating circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
- Before Fabrication Begins: If you cancel your order before fabrication starts, any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit will be refunded.
- After Fabrication Begins: Once production has started, the building is custom-made, and no refunds will be issued. All fabricated components must be accepted by the customer.
Fabrication and Delivery
Fabrication Timeline
- Building fabrication time depends on the size and complexity of the project and can take anywhere from several weeks to several months.
- Peak seasons (Spring and Summer) may result in extended lead times.
Delivery Schedule
- Customers will receive a confirmed delivery schedule in advance. It is the customer’s responsibility to be available to receive the shipment.
- Missed deliveries may result in additional charges for re-shipment or storage fees.
Defective Products and Damage
We take quality assurance seriously and encourage all customers to inspect their delivery upon arrival.
- Any defects or damages must be reported within 14 days of delivery for eligibility for a return, replacement, or refund on defective components.
- All claims must be supported by photographic evidence and a written report detailing the issue.
- If verified by our team, we will issue a replacement or refund for the affected parts.
Adjustments
- Adjustments: If a building or component is not delivered by the contracted due date, please reach out to us to discuss adjustments.
- Order Modifications: Any modifications to an order after fabrication has begun may result in additional charges based on feasibility and material costs.
